For many of the prisoners NYC ABC supports, we have tri-fold pamphlets. Some are our own design, others taken from the Anarchist Black Cross Federation. Feel free to download and distribute as you see fit– there’s even space on the back to add your local group’s contact information.
NOTE: When two-sided/duplex printing, select “print on short edge.” This way you avoid one side being printed upside down.
3/3/26 — As Xinachtli continues fighting for his humane treatment following revelations in his medical records detailing multiple life-threatening conditions, the situation has become even more urgent.
Since February 25, Xinachtli has had no access to communication after being transferred from the Carol S. Young Medical Facility to the UTMB hospital in Galveston. He is being held in chains, unable to hold or use his tablet, cutting him off from all communication and all his property. He cannot speak to his lawyer. When one campaign member was briefly able to call, they heard him in a severely distressed and concerning state.
The Carole Young unit is refusing to accept him back, and we currently have no information about where he will be transferred next — all while he continues to be denied the medical treatment he urgently needs for his many serious health conditions.
This ongoing torture and repression must be met with a strong public response. We urge supporters to call throughout the rest of the week to demand answers.

This Friday, March 6, 2026, 13 people, including Priscilla, who are facing charges in DeKalb County, are scheduled to appear for motions hearings.
Nine of them are arguing for the dismissal of their unindicted charges.
After years of little to no activity, these defendants are finally getting a day in court. Notably, no pending felonies have been indicted in these cases, preventing people from fighting the allegations in open court. In the meantime, defendants have endured years of uncertainty, stigma, and financial strain brought on by the state of Georgia charging outrageous felonies and publicizing arrests on major media, like Fox News, weaponizing the media with the promise that simple Google searches on a defendant’s name are more damaging than any formal background check.
A bundled-up protester stands with their back to the camera holding a hand-painted sign reading “DEFEND THE ATLANTA FOREST,” decorated with small green pine trees; other winter-clad demonstrators are blurred in the background. “These are old cases, and, in some instances, people have been left unindicted for close to three years. The punishment has been the process: uncertainty, stigma, financial strain, and years of life organized around a looming prosecution.” — Xavier T. de Janon, People’s Law Collective
Priscilla’s lawyer, Xavier, will be arguing on her motions for dismissal at the March 6 hearing.

Meanwhile, the Georgia Attorney General’s Office continues its attempted prosecution of 61 individuals in its unprecedented racketeering conspiracy indictment. That case is now headed to the Georgia Court of Appeals after the Fulton County Superior Court dismissed the racketeering count.
